Export Settings: Export your Social Rocket settings as a .json file. This allows you to easily import the configuration into another site.

Import Settings: Used on the receiving site when importing a .json settings file.

Recalculate All Count Data: This will reset all counts to zero sitewide and begin recalculating them from scratch.

Backup All Data: Create a backup of all settings, including per-post options, custom images, etc. (this should not be used to import to another site).

Restore All Data: If you need to restore from a previously created backup file, you can do so here.
