Installing Extensions

Social Rocket's extensions require manual installation. When you purchase an extension, you'll see a download link on the purchase confirmation page, as well as receiving the same link via email. You can also log into your account on the Social Rocket website to download the files again at any time.

When you click a link to download an extension, a zip file should be saved to your computer. If you get a folder and not a zip file, go back to the link and try right-clicking, then choosing Save Link As or Save Target As. This will prevent your computer from unzipping the file.

In your WordPress site dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New and click the Upload button at the top of the screen. Use the file uploader to select the zip file.

Once the plugin has installed, click Activate to activate it. You can then proceed to the License Keys screen to enter your license keys.
